Socrates believed that a life without self-reflection, and critical thinking is essentially meaningless and lacks value. This quote emphasizes the importance of self-awareness and questioning one's beliefs, actions, and purpose in life.

Part 1 : Understanding The Story of your Past
Reflect on four of the most impactful events of your life so far. Choose two positive and two negative events. Write about why these events were important. How did these events shape who you are as a person?

Part 2 : Visioning your Possible Future
Write a prediction of how good your life could be in the next five years if you were to do everything right, make wise choices, tell the truth, and always try your hardest.
Then do the opposite, how bad could your life become if you were to do everything wrong. What would be the consequences that you face?

Part 3 : A Timeline of Goals
Not all life goals can be accomplished tomorrow. Think about the next eight decades of your life. Divide out your short term goals from your long term goals. Try inputting a couple goals for each decade of your life.
