Wait for your lettuce to grow to full maturity (often 7-8 weeks)
You can harvest different rows at different times.
Dispose of the plant's roots and the rock wool.
Keep the plastic root cup to use with your next round of hydroponic plants.
PREPARE
All students should was their hands before preparing food.
Review knife safety before cutting any vegetables.
STATIONS
Divide the work between harvesting, washing and cutting.
